firstly find a text and type your name ,then duplicate it 3 times and rasterise type and warp it slightly then merge the layers into one then give it a gaussian blur and then go to filter and liquify to manipulate the text then duplicate the text again flip it upside down and skew it after that add a vector mask then add a gradient to the bottom text
